Are you currently focusing more on residential or trying to transition fully into real estate investing?

I've owned a Payroll/HR/HCM company for the last 15 years and am now looking to transition my time and resources to help my son with his new Wholesaling and Real Estate Investment company. 

But, if she were to transition to a job in the RE sector, she would develop a skillset that would enable her to take this much further and in her own direction.I have a couple reasons for posting this topic: the main one is that I think this is a good topic for discussion in the BP forums.

Seems wise to leverage a smooth program that has been operating and refined over the years. 

Keeping tenants informed and satisfied during the process ensures smooth occupancy transitions.

We have LVP in some kitchen/bath areas and it is holding up well, but if you have a choice tile.The only caveat I can think of is aesthetically having all one floor is more pleasing than many room transitions.
