If I, as a single investor, can make my payment all at once, why on earth does the RADD Inner Circle need 10 weeks (EDIT) AFTER an already three-month-long process to this point? 

I do expect greater development of condos and townhomes and higher density single family communities. - Acreage will continue to be a very hot commodity.
