I heard a story today of a condo owner whose entire complex was lost.

Super cool apartment style living, but all one story. 

Your story and growth sound incredible, and I would love to embark on a similar journey if everything works out.

I'm in Columbus Ohio and we ahve to build the same floorplan over and over and it's a group heard mentality. we build a three story walk up triplex designed for our infill lots

If you do all of that and more its a great set up and I can appreciate that but as a banker for over 19 years I have heard a lot of war stories of lead companies or lender finder websites failing customers.

What we came up with was an infill product that matches what three story walk ups are in the multifamily market.

It's just a rule of thumb, and only tells part of the story when buying a rental property.

It is a 6 bedroom property that sleeps 28 people.our last purchase is in La Fortuna and it is an awesome property that is in the process of being remodeled with another story on top.
