I'll be moving up to Auburn this August for the Fall semester.

It seems that if you didn't have your rooms filled by say Sept 1, it might be hard to fill them after that point once the quarter/semester has started?  

I worked 80 to 100 hours a week while taking between 18 and 21 credit hours a semester. 

I am going to community college this semester to get my real estate agent license. 

., AND taking a class or two each semester at a community college.

If you decide to go through with it, take 1-2 classes the first semester so you can figure it out again - going back to school with a lapse in enrollment is a lot harder than you think.Studying Business is never a bad thing.

Everybody who came for the spring semester already arrived, and nobody will be here for the fall semester for months.As I peruse other units being marketed for when the current tenants move out, unsurprisingly, they are all June/July/August.

NO ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE.The Tenant may not sublease the Apartment or assign this Lease.Back in my college days (2 years ago, haha) it was very common for Sally to "rent" her apartment during the summer to students that were coming in for just the summer semester as Sally was away for summer break.

We have a TON of international students who all live here during the semesters.

We actually designed it thinking we would rent to visiting scholars by the semester but there aren't that many visiting scholars during the summer.
