Looking at Airbnb/Vrbo (30+ day stays), Furnished Finder, and even scanning Zillow and Facebook group for comps is likely going to be your best bet.

I can't tell you how much better a video is than 20-50 pics, and it's easier to keep up with.Google your LLC, if your name comes up as the owner of the LLC, and you told them you were the property manager, nothing will happen-- you will lose credibility, but who cares... so the tenant knows you're a liar, doesn't mean they will move.   

some maintenance is normal...and i'm skeptical of a contractor coming in and blanket saying "it needs a ground up reno"... could help more with pics...

Hi all,That is definitely a misleading headline and to be clear I just scanned the article but the past few weeks I've been reading numerous other articles about the proposed bills as well as the proposed bills themselves.The main goals of the proposed legislation is to give counties the ability to disallow 30 day rentals.
