When one student asked if the instructor is going to talk about a case study he promised to demonstrate, he responded (don't remember his exact word, but it's pretty much something like this:) :"If you are not even going to buy the next training, it's not relevant to you."

Support didn't respond back to me until two business days later and then they asked to me provide some info to verify my identity (which I had already provided on the 25th) so I provided the info again. 

Best part of this situation is our client's usually come out ahead because we find a quality tenant swiftly! 

If someone says something untrue about your business, respond and tell us what's really going on. 

I thought I had responded to this, but I don't see it.

There are ways to almost eliminate these risks but, unfortunately, most developers won't go along with that because it's not in their interest.Since I'm now working on my own development projects, I don't think it's appropriate for me to comment on developers in a public forum but I will respond in my reply to the DM you sent me.

I am responding as a consumer not a STR owner we had one its lasted for us for exactly one tenant then we felt it was too much work for the return  on investment we do much better loaning money and buidling new homes than to worry about people goofing up our homes :)I do have some MTR you know fully furnished homes in Vegas and those are money makers for us top of the line tneants paying double the going rate for rent.

I agree with you Michael Notbohm   I never get any response with i send email regrading HELP from them... they never respond  nor does anyone ever answer the phones either...However, I do like his software program... i just use his software and market to other buyers
