You had an initial plan when you bought last year and it was disrupted by this new move so sell, regroup, and create a new investment plan.

Are there any real estate groups on the South Shore?  I am in North Weymouth and looking for real estate groups.

I have some general ideas about its direction:- Purely Networking and sharing ideas, not a space to pitch at people like some other events- Relaxed environment - Free meetings - Some type of media integration- The goal is to connect good, high-quality people - Meet once a month for several hours - The group would not act as a business as some other RE groups or meetups (no memberships, paid classes, etc)If this is something you would be interested in and feel that there is a need for this please let me know and give me feedback!

I doubt you can regroup the 58 months. 

In nearby adjacent McLean, all the schools seem to be rated excellent, even for high school.Connect to me and I can share what I've seen.Also, I'd like to join or form an RE group, and network with members. 

I recently came to the conclusion that I personally need to take at least 1 day off on the weekend to regroup and spend quality time with the fam cause if you don't you will absolute burn yourself out and not to mention more importantly be missing out on aspects of your families lives!
