As an owner you're allowed to manage your own properties.

Can anyone recommend sources for contact information for property owners?

I have been digesting all things Real Estate so right now I am working to lower my DTI while saving at least 6-7% for the Owner Occupant down payment (to include closing cost, etc.).

The 10 acres are about 90% planted pine (the previous owner planted it).

I had not heard of the corporate housing by owner site.

The next property will be another owner occupied.
