They dont pay to be there, both alcoholics taking advantage of their dad and they have been physically abusive to him.

I would only look to enforce it for unreported leaks or other abuse.

@Chris Virgil-StoneTry doing that in a c or d class neighborhood and you’d be shocked to see your property is now a crack house without windows .you just do regular inspections because tenants don’t consider it their home to them it’s just a rental to use and abuse

I would absolutely love to raise my price, but I don't want to shoot myself in the foot either, and just prolong the eventual sale.

For the rest of the country, you would need a prolonged depression before people picked up and left.

I get them for free as an accommodation.. but i dont abuse it and I could never get them on all the properties we were bidding on when i did sheriff sales..
