You steered away from a product that obviously works (look at all the students here defending the product) and makes you a ton of money because you didn't like how the creator of the program "seems" to act in a forum.

The old adage slow and steady wins the race can certainly be applied to real estate.

Transaction volumes will continue to be slowed, but homes that are priced in the $160,000-$250,000 range continue to perform best right now for resale.

We are very busy April to Nov and slow Dec to March.

I dont want the money to become an issue but a by product of helping others ( scaling ). 

Living in the house has definitely slowed progress.
