Other than the miscommunicated eviction, they have actually been very accomodating through the process and the issues with this one unit get resolved, then I would have nothing but positive things to say about the purchase.

I've worked with New Western and it was good for the position I was in at the time.

But a quick google says Jessica Miranda has had the position since April.

Biggest thing is cash position.

If you are consistent with these action items you will avoid most claims, your business will be more profitable,  operate more efficiently and if a claim were to arise you will have all your ducks in a row.

I'm surprised you're still hearing negative things about it considering there's been so much positive press and chatter lately.

The work around is part of the application process is to tour the property, but still, why put yourself in that position?
