Taking the US market as a whole is Macro Economics and that really only has relevance with politicians, school and discussion like this one.Coming from the Orange County area of California we saw a huge appreciation form September 2012 to September 2013.

However the bleeding heart politicians who made the landlord tenant laws think otherwise.

Great theme Mark, they don't outlaw asprin that killed my aunt Ellie, them asprin companies pay those politicians you know, but they outlaw.... :) Pat, not sure I can relate to that one, but it's a funny story, I'll work off that thought...And yes, global warming will be on the list, most around here are skeptical so it's a good one to play with thier minds ...

A few months ago, I heard of a politician talking about doing away with private ownership, won't mention the political party but that's obvious I'd think, saying property should be in corporate hands.

Any minute now the politicians will be out blaming somebody and announcing their plan to “save” the helpless victims. 8)

The media is controlled by the politicians, but they also have sold out their interests to making money, and that means the advertisers.Journalism is no longer about telling or investigating the truth, it is about making money.

Politicians will get involved if there is face time and votes involved.
