I wont not have coverage as i cant afford to pay out of pocket to replace a catastrophic event, but im always open to hearing how I could reduce costs.

Good afternoon everyone, I am must likely new on bigger pockets and I would love to hear some recommendations on how to find off market multifamily properties.

It appraised for $201,000 and I put $103,000 in my pocket after closing costs and previous mortgage payoff.
