Since Indiana property taxes are collected in arrears, you already owe for a full year's increase BEFORE you see the increase and can inform your tenants.If my cash flow position was strong enough to suffer a tenant possibly leaving, I'd pass on the full increase ASAP. 

Detroit has suffered due to the archaic way the US Census Bureau addresses teardowns.

That means AWS will take a nuke plant that is retired or active, and that a locality can't use for when weather becomes a concern. 

When I loan privately as a private lender, I have complete risk of my capital, I make all decisions and I suffer the consequences or rewards of my actions!  

We generally categorize people suffering from this type of condition,  as being insane.

Part of the reason I'm attracted to Huntsville is the thriving aerospace, defense, and technology sectors and all the new developments such as Toyota's manufacturing plant, Blue Origin investments, and Facebook's Data Center for example.

Depending on where you are you can change the facade with wood, metal, plants.
