Residents can pay $1600 for rent and be in nicer areas of Memphis with better food, school, job, and transportation options. 

I have pre-qualifications questions but they revolve around number of occupants, household income, vehicles, pets.

Where will they get money for food and other necessities once HELOC is depleted?

Furniture covers as I said, a couple of food and water bowls, a mat for those as well.We also have cheap towels we bought for around 2 bucks.

It’s a big issue trying to upgrade units with tenants in place especially if they have pets that will be disturbed or have an increased opportunity to escape while contractors are going in and out of the units.

Of course when an event was planned with food, why would I make a reservation?  

Do the cleaners make more money if there is a pet?
