I've taken quite a few classes on corporations and business law, so I have a pretty solid foundation on the subject, but I wouldn't dare write and file my own articles of incorporation prior to, at the very least, running it by an experienced business lawyer who specializes in that sort of thing.

Yesterday my girlfriend and I even dared to bike across the entire length of the hill district (black shaded, outlined in red = Worst of the worst according to the City data folks) on our way to Oakland from Downtown, even stopped to quench our thirst at Grandma B's haha.

In my state you release and don't dare assign, but my state is weird. the way you spelled it out is "probably" correct for your state, but you will need to ask your closing attorney to be 100% sure.

, it doesn't seem that you have any GROUNDS to file for eviction until they dare past due on the September rent, unless you want to kick them out based on some other lease violation, such as "failure to keep the place in reasonable condition" or "too many occupants" or something which, it sounds )and looks) like you could probably do right away.
