People are imperfect and things like late payers is something you deal with in your approach to managing properties more-so than in the vetting process because if tenants were perfect most would be owners not renters.

Some have perfected it.  

But here’s the thing: just because someone has an EA or CPA title doesn’t automatically make them a perfect fit for what you need.

Of course, we do not live in a perfect world though.

Networking is key, and places like Facebook groups, BiggerPockets, and REI meetups are perfect for finding active cash buyers.

The house is also really nice, not perfect, but nice.Also, I know Zillow also uses the MLS.

Sure, blockchain's secure, but it's not perfect, and navigating this whole new tech landscape seems like it could be a bit dicey, until proven.

Great property, perfect setup for a duplex with separate driveways, entrances, back patios w/ storage, brand new roof, plumbing, newer HVAC, appliances, flooring, etc.

There is no perfect software out there.
