Like people talk about here on BP its nice but like for me I just don't have the patients to listen to a pod cast more than a few minutes past the joking around.

I can't comment on the actual value since I don't know where it is actually located, but even the brand new properties sold at top value are sold to investors with the only real expectation of resale is to another investor - not owner applicant.I would suggest you be patient and don't rush into judgement good or bad.

Just be patient - or use investor friendly realtors that already do this.

I wanted access to the funds but didn't want to pay if I didn't use them... it gave me flexibility and allowed be to be patient when looking for deals.
