A few I found some information about (mainly to stay away from them as they changed the rates/terms at the last minute), and one had a bunch of fake reviews on the BBB site, but the others I cannot find any information about as far as customer satisfaction.

During this time, inspect any agreed repairs, inspect all appliances, check whether all doors and windows are secured, working properly, or to your satisfaction, belongings of the seller are completely removed, check for signs of mold, check electricity and outlets, and inspect the exterior & backyard.

I usually join all the facebook and meetup groups in the area in which I buy and go through 3 months of posts:) and then connect and meetup and then see..but then I am very patient...
