If you submitted an itemized breakdown within 30 days of your move-out date, there should be no issues.Did you take any photos for your records?

If it was secured by real estate then there should be a mortgage recorded at the county and those get transferred by a corresponding assignment of mortgage.

I just like that it’s all there and organized and there is a team supporting it and me. 

We give our proven tenants some slack when they are upgrading since we already have a proven record with them.
