For your first venture I would recommend a random orbital sander (not a drum) and use all the levels of grit, don’t skip grits.  

Took nearly 2 years and help from the local NBC station to get some kind of resolution which is confidential.

I just sanded with my random orbital, 320grit.

The train is going to stop at one single station and then you'll have to go to your hotel or Airbnb.
