We can all give you weird and wonderful ideas about the fairy-tale fun park you can build there but you may not be allowed to do any of that.Every City is different but I know in Miami they would never allow you to turn that into residential because each living unit must have a certain number of designated parking spaces.

,my tenants seem to get that and appreciate that.I probably could still charge a bit more in rent. but for now I am content with how things are going ]I am in the process of designing and renovating my basement to have an apartment and I am still looking to balance my taste and propensity for design with practical functionality.
