Are you going to be providing the services for assisted living: nurses, caretakers, cooks, etc?

Nobody in my wife's erstwhile professional circle of friends (nursing assistants), no one in mine (teachers). 

If you get traveling nurses, a lot of them work at night and sleep in the day. 

We have no nurses on staff. 

While the market in Denver seems to be solid, and everything I find in my research seems to confirm that, I'm unsure of what the rental market is like and for what demographics (family, students, traveling nurses).

You could likely mirror the model in other markets that require transient workers such as traveling nurses or those working in the oil and construction fields. 

I'm looking to rent to new teachers and health professionals and my thinking is that besides nurses, most have a master's degree or are currently working on their master's degree.

Hoping I can get around $1200 renting to traveling nurses and professionals According to my research on FurnishedFinder, this is reasonable, and I'm planning to list June 1.
