Crickets  still, when I say that I mean a showing here and there but nothing of substance.

I've been researching the topic for awhile trying to understand the economics of the business and where the "value" can best be unlocked, but it always seems that all the articles I find are a lot of talk with very little substance.

Can you not just a) paint the wall and ceiling b) polish any wood, glass or other surfaces and c) use some Febreeze or other substance on the carpets, curtains and what-not?

In the eyes of the public they may be rich, but hardly rich in substance IMHO.
