I would advice keep a security camera in house to record the entire activities in home and prove tenants that it is their illusion.

Hold your camera in landscape direction (horizontal) so the photo will match the aspect ratio.  

I would connect a bunch of IP cameras and hire your own people. 

That sound is them stinging the camera!

When it comes down to it, it galls me that there's a difference in freedom because of nanny state tendencies.

You can also check into photographers with Matterport cameras. 

Every house I buy from now on will have a camera inspection of the sewer lines before I buy it.

There were new books left over from courses I had taught, camera lenses, etc. that could have brought some good money, but the time invested was just not worth it.

DSLR cameras are coming down in price so as you build your portfolio, you may find it useful to pick one up.
