When we had performed a walk-through of the property, the tenants had covered all the smoke detectors to smoke pot in the house. #2: we like that unit the best and plan to live there for a long time. #3: we like the other tenants and want to keep them.

i have just bought my condo in atlantic city, I have been renting 5 years. do i need certificate of occupancy if i been living here.the building 1927.it was inspected 2018 by city and cleared. i have all that is needed fire alarm co detector etc. sales is done, and then they ask for one, it was a cash ( no Bank ) as is sale no realtor .

I would of course immediately call that lender directly (if I weren't myself a lender then I'd have my agent make this call; good agents have strong "the lender is throwing spaghetti at the wall" BS detectors) and drill down on how many 100% CLTV commercial loans said lender has done in the last couple years, and ask for property addresses so I (or my agent) could validate from public records (which takes ~5 seconds for a RE agent or lender to look up).

Jeez I tell you, yes she is now out my life but I have a bad feeling she will dispute the amount though feel I am covered as only charged $100 for cleaning and repair for excessive .5" holes everywhere, $25 for supplies, $80 for the smoke detector she took down and monoxide detecter she took with her plus $200 carpet cleaning and $325 to repair the holes.
