I answer my phone 24/7.Seems to either impress people or surprise them....

I’m on mobile and in a rush so not looking at your exact houses.  

We gave him 56k in deposits and he will not even pick up his phone or engage in a conversation.

Of course emails and phone calls are going unanswered.

Even my mentor at that time and this was 15 years ago, tried getting on the phone with them.

After some observation, we decided it was just noise - no one was watching it; they were looking at their phones. 

When the listing is new we get alot of phone calls and showings.

If I wanted the property I would be on the phone with title company and the lender or finding a new lender who would lend on this.
