We just posted the date for the next landlord BootCamp in April.

I like the idea of pre-foreclosure especially, but have not found up to date data for that specifically.

The painting should be completed within three months of the move-in date, and the Lessor will inspect the work to confirm it meets these standards.Can the landlord void the clause, and what happens if the clause gets void?

I drastically slashed prices for the remaining dates in December and all of January. 

That's not a profit producing activity for a Broker / Property Manager as 99% are tire kickers and the ones who will buy will buy without going on a date with you.
