He’s a retired military in his 40s.  

PM takes the 10% of rent I’m still military so I have my W2 and Overseas.

Also, I’m curious if military families rent in the Ozark area and how that area is for rentals. 

These areas have multiple military bases and constantly have turnover with families moving in and out of town. 

I do have multiple income sources; rentals took over as the largest about 5 or 6 years ago, just a few years before I retired from a career in military/local government.

It sounds like an exciting time for you transitioning out of the military and into real estate.

My job will be transferring me onto the macdill afb (I'm not military) in a few short weeks.
