I see a lot of investors sitting on the sidelines but see others going full steam ahead.

It is the middle of winter, my first thought was you have some sort of radiator steam heating system which can generate all sorts of knocks, bangs and loud noises through the pipes.

I did this as I also upgraded my old steam bolier that serviced whole house to 4 seperate heating units so each tenant pays their own now.Definitely a good upgrade to do that will add value in the long run.I have a question why are you adding 5 water heaters and not 4?

Steam clean the carpets?

I didn't see any signs of any bed bugs and the carpets were steam cleaned by the previous tenants before they left, though they were extremely dirty people when they lived there.I'm looking online and they have some sprays and powders, but I figured I'd ask what others have done or used while I look at the options on Amazon.

Some people are made for it and others will get steam rolled.

Even if it means an under the counter steam condensing 24” unit.

Fellow college friends rented rooms so we went with the cheapest carpet from recycled Pop bottles & the $37 whole house install but they got us on the stairs.You wouldnt believe the stains that came out by steam cleaning.Still in good shape 4 yrs later.

The crew completed it yesterday and the rehab is proceeding full-steam ahead with the interior.  

Do they have one of those steam dryers that has a water fitting and drains into the washer drain?
