Plus we know that SCI was late paying the taxes this year and paying the village the water bill (we have another person on our board that works for the town we live in) who knew this (we pay the park for water and they pay the village).

I have a couple of notes on properties that I lent on that are currently late as it is taking longer to rehab and sell than expected.

My post rate has went down considerably as of late.

The reason i have not purchased lately is I do not want to be that patient to wait for a good return, even though I am confident it will be a good return 10 years after purchase.
