Hi all,My wife and I have worked over the last 7 years to build a rental portfolio and are getting to the point where the bookkeeping/data entry tasks are becoming too time consuming.

My last claim to fame was working on set for Season 1 Love Is Blind on Netflix also as a wedding photographer. 

I too appreciated your response, so your recommendation will hold a lot of weight. 

I have done it successfully on my last 2 buildouts, maybe 3, but only because I was able to acquire the properties at a very low price and I did all the work in-house (myself and some hired hands on staff).

Real estate has long been the foundation of lasting wealth, proven by historical and modern moguls alike.

Should I just chalk it up as a loss and move on?

I have very rarely sold a property over the last 35 years and the income properties I hold now cash flow very well with not to much effort involved.

But with that one lender I found I am not lendable due to not having proof of income for the last two years.

However, as I've been tracking new listings in this area and running the numbers on them, I have realized this strategy has either gotten too much attention in the last few years or the supply just isn't there any more.

We do have a few other investments besides RE, but they are baby investments.I'm very comfortable with my RE investments which have proven themselves over the last 30 years.
