Over the years, I have also learned that it is very easy to get lost in the ether of the internet and waste a bunch of time trying to find content to learn from in an organized way.

I already live out in the country so cell service isn't great, but then they lost a number of cell towers and since internet was down just about everywhere, the cell towers were overloaded.

Depending on the amenities offered, and many HOAs in my market will also pay water bill, possible cable/internet, pools, hot tub.

Seems that Greg's Resrents.com PM has gotten very mixed reviews on Zillow and the Internet (google) in general.

I am sure there are scammers on Morby sites as well you just can help it in today's world of everyone relying on the internet and SM to find business relationships. 100% agree, scammers abound no matter where you look.
