The property is townhouse sharing walls with neighbors, now neighbor said they also have cockroaches.The pest control company said that Cockroaches are in-door ones, brought by residents.

A property popped up today in my MLS feed that well is cheap enough that it could be a deal considering the neighborhood it's in, but it has an indoor pool that looks pretty decrepit.

-gas grills at least 10 feet away from the house/garage-no indoor furniture being used as outdoor furniture-front porch not to be used as storage area-fire pits must be 25 feet from any structure and in a manufactured (bought) container approved for fires...you know what I mean!

That means I had two kicked in doors/doorframes and they had a huge mess to clean up and arrests were made.

Someone stole the AC, indoor and outdoor units :(.  

Landings just happen to be right were we would place  a home  etc.Max revenue was a clear cut.. and heavy replant... we always bought the best tree's  that were raised within 10 miles of the site or as close as we could get so they were climatized.. and we bought  3 and 1's  IE 1 year in door 3 YO  ...

We have an indoor pool (attached to the house but in a totally separate room) 2.

The water use is purely indoors from kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and laundry.

On two different houses we've had either an indoor system or an outdoor drain.  

At first we allowed tenants to smoke outside only, but that didn't work because second hand smoke was drifting into the windows of other properties and when the weather turned bad the tenants reverted to smoking indoor anyways, despite our rules.
