Planning ahead can be challenging when two nearly identical loans get UW and conditioned in very different ways at the same lender.  

With a setup almost identical to wholesaler lists I get emailed to me daily.

Should I fear squatters or theft? 

Panty theft is a much bigger problem then most would think.

I'd say this is still in beta.To be brutally honest, it's hard to see how a product like this will be able to compete with so many other well-established products offering nearly identical services out there.

And right now rates are at multi-decade highs after a rapid run up, so the wounds are not only fresh, but the bleeding hasn’t been controlled yet.Mistaken Identity:  If the syndicator on the panel says he prefers floating because he can borrow capital improvement funds, he is talking about bridge debt, which happens to have a floating rate but isn’t the primary characteristic nor the reason people use it.  

Tony While this is a real estate forum, real estate does not outpace other investment accounts, they are almost identical and historically the difference is so slight it would not change your way of life.

When I asked about this, they said that , they had identity theft. 

Crime is everywhere, westside is gang activity issues, northside break ins and car/tire theft, etc.

The property is a 4bd 1 Bath SFH with 4 almost identical rooms located in the Summit - University neighborhood in St Paul.
