But, if you have clear evidence that fraud was committed, you may have legal action against GP, but this is typically hard to prove, and likely going to be costly for you to pursue, and if the deal is already failing, there likely isn't much of anything left to collect anyways.

The contract he signed with them was extremely pro seller, and I think he figured he would eventually foreclose/evict them and we would never know.The guy was a joke, fraud charges were filed by the DA on him, but going after him for any money would have been a waste of time.

Since they are public numbers theres absolutely no protection for us from fraud.When submitting my accord for proof of insurance that goes directly from carrier to customer, not through my hands, unfortunately people have committed fraud with that number too.

When you are deciding what type of loan to take out, be sure that your use meets their requirements otherwise this can fall into loan fraud which comes with hefty fines and jail time.

Also, because I was uncertain if the Neal Wolf in that video is the same Neal Wolf that was a mortgage guy who got convicted in a large mortgage fraud bust in 2008.

You have to include concessions, DOM and changing interest rates, the direction the house points, trees and so on.In most markets, the houses are not identical one to another anyway.
