Just saw this and here are my initial thoughts (coming from the perspective of someone who primarily access the site on a mobile device - i.e. iPhone).

It's an app that cost $5 that I can sign any contract or add text to any contract with your iPhone or iPad and I'm sure there is a similar app for android as well

A listing in the higher price range needs certain marketing tools: professional photography (no - your iPhone or even that DSLR your sister got you do NOT count), professional staging, BROKER's open houses - not regular open houses.

@Mentions won't work if you're looking at BP on an iPhone or iPad's browser, however, if you download the BP mobile app, it will work for you.

If you're shooting photos with your iPhone, an easy trick is to touch the part of the photo that you want to be properly exposed and the camera will make the adjustment.

I have had iPhones and always used “property log book” to manage my income and expense and tax time reporting for my 7 properties.

Most of these properties have crappy iPhone pictures with bad lighting.

From my iphone or internet I can change the configs of the alarm (add a code, change entry and exit delays) and I can also turn on or off the system.
