I own a TH with a HOA but so far have been unaffected....though I am wondering do I keep holding or sell?

It also depends on how you hold your properties; LLC, S Corp etc... as to what the agent will recommend.

I stick with boring buy and hold, but in another state where the numbers do work.

So yes, you can fix and flip, or hold as a rental, or whatever.
