I manage almost 400 apartments in Cook County at this point.

Now I've sold all my properties in 4 states and of the remaining I self manage in 2 states and have a large property management firm in the other 2 states. 

We’ve been working towards this for a few years, and it is very exciting to finally see the fruit of our labor!

I've only been in a week so far, I'm hoping there is a little more structure for new members than there seems to be at this point.  

Is this true? 

I would fist run the numbers to see if it is a good deal at the price and everything else, and then I would drive down the streets to see if you see any licensed contractor signs/trucks.

Of the dozens of MFR I have closed on over the years none have been in Newark, the reason for this is it is not worth the headache. 

Kind of piggybacking off this same notion but I have a permitted shed in the back of my duplex that would make a great studio apt.
