What type of properties are you looking to add to your portfolio?

It was great to get our heads in the game, and got us to move quicker to get a house (since we were basically forced to get a pre-approved loan in order to tour houses...).

Since most people who are not actively seeking a sale are not motivated to sell at anything other than a top of the line price, this is going to be a numbers game of x thousands of contacts for every potentially doable deal.  

We created an LLC because it seemed like the right thing to do and we’re looking to grow our rental portfolio now.

Having real estate as part of a portfolio vs. those trying to "scale" it into FIRE or a business because they watched some guru say it was easy, well it is the furthest from that.

I suggest you find other sources of income or partner on deals to grow your real estate portfolio.  

Build your portfolio as your knowledge and wealth increase. 

Use next 4-6 months to learn by listening, reading and watching how the real estate investment game works.
