Is it doable - yes but you will need to go to a lender who probably uses their own funds vs. an instituational lender as they will not like 2nd position nor the low amount.

Keep in mind I started funding TK providers in 2002 and have done over 4000 of those deals for those companies over the years so pretty familiar with the model.Also keep in mind many investors simply wont partner with anyone they want total control..

@Roshan K.Ya I know it looks sketchy and defeats the purpose of the LLC but I figure if I kept the funds seperate and can prove that they were used for business purposes only it wouldn't be so bad as a temporary fix.
