I have always imagined getting to the point where I could hold/ run a small community of mountain cabin rentals or a guest house, something along those lines.Thanks,Chad  Yes I meant AirBnb and Mid-term rentals, rent by the room, glamping (although I probably wouldn't go that route), buying commercial RE and running a business (for me that would be a lot of work with a W2 job and buying property locally or leasing out a space is expensive here). 

I'm not sure what market you are in but for me MKE was a cash flow market which is the type of RE I was most interested in as replacing my 9-5 income was top priority.

That pain could take the form of working long hours, putting other aspects of your life aside for business, or uprooting your entire life for a short period to escape the rat race.

Not saying this the right approach for everyone but this is what has worked for me.

Might be a little bit down the road for me, but that is for sure dream that will come true...One Chicago's best features is the lake, which I'd like more access to.

The forms are online, and it costs $100 per filing. 

Not sure if this is the sort of solution you're looking for but it's something that's worked for me.
