Later I went and picked up one of my clients flying into town at the airport to take her to pick up her rental car.

A locked thermostat at 70 is not going to fly well with many guests that are used to 68 at home.

I have not been in this situation, but I would do your research and find someone that you can trust even if it means flying into the state and interviewing the property managers yourself.

However, after witnessing and being called in to redo others work, I have formed an opinion of what I would want if hiring a reoccuring service. 1) Do not hire fly-by-night.

It hot markets like Charleston, offers requesting this usually dont fly unless youre buying a property thats just sitting for some reason. 

Mostly what this means to me is you can’t fly by the seat of your pants and need to do things by the book and be very business like about it.

Sometimes when successful men fail at their business, the MRS becomes very upset about this and decides this is a good time to fly the coop.

The time flies by when you are under the time requirements. 

Now when I used to fly a bunch I did love flying the Oregon coast and fly into the airports etc been to most all of them on the coast.
