the tax cert sales I went to in the deep south .. 10,000 certs were being sold in 2 days// I could see the pro's in the back of the room with their lap tops etc.but I guess the on line over the counter stuff is what your talking about.

I’m taking a trip out of state this week to look at properties and set up my team (agent, PM, contractors, etc...)I’m packing and working through how I’m going to keep notes straight, how I can utilize the same tools I have on my computer when I’m analyzing deals at home online but I want to attempt to get the same results on my phone or iPad without having to lug my laptop to every meeting and property etc...So what apps do you use and how to you keep track of notes while you’re “out in the field”?

Alex, the way I listen to the podcast is to download it to my smartphone, then I transfer the podcast to my C Drive on my laptop, that way I can listen to the entire podcast many times with out buffering especially if you are limited to data usage like I am.

@Ciro AffrontiThis might help to start:1) Interactive Demographics Map from the Census: Interactive Map (this map is a little finicky, but once you get used to it, you'll get valuable visual info)2) Federal Reserve Economic Data: FRED (provides charts dating back 10, 20, 30, 40 years so you can see how things have been trending)3) Census Quick Facts: QuickFacts (provides charts at the State, County, City level regarding various data) 4) Bureau of Labor Statistics: Labor Stats5) FEMA's National Flood Zone FEMA.
