At this point, you can't contact your contractor due to a peace order with false claims or find another contractor because it would be in breach of the contract. 

That is actually completely false.

My problem is procrastinating and having false hope.I am a phenomenal marketer but maybe there's more to my situation.  

It's true for many Americans - in fact, the man who created the 401(k) in the 70s regrets it, because it created a false sense of security and many will indeed find their retirement savings woefully inadequate.

He has the severe allergy so it's his responsibility to mention that and see if the unit fits his needs.There's a very good chance this is someone creating a false claim in order to break a lease.

It is absolutely false that you would do a better job than an agent.

But where it gets good is the tenant claimed that the owner of the residence she is renting currently is using a property manager which is also false I dont have recorded proof of her stating her claiming he was using a property manager but she did say as much and when speaking with the owner of the house he said he was not using a property manager. 

But looking at the most colorful of the top 0.1 percent  of millionaires in this country presents a very false picture of how the other 99.9% of millionaires live their lives.

This is totally false. 

It helps to remove 'knee jerk' reactions, and placing false blame on something just because results were bad (but process might have been a good option).
