I myself, will develop a rash on my arms and neck when I go into a room that has Stachbotrys growing all over the walls and ceilings.  

However, a rash investor can be a looser in the best of markets.  

The hot market make you eager and see opportunity everywhere but being to rash on jumping on a deal without analyzing the data properly can be a costly mistake.

The tenant just says that his doctor suggests there might be mold because the tenant has been experiencing cough, fatigue, headache, running nose, rash etc.... and they requested I get the house tested to prove no mold.

I, personally, have chosen to worship YHVH/Yeshua/Rash Ha-Kodesh (Father, Son, Holy Spirit).

Plus facial hair does make one look older, so FYI...Actually I am jealous, because @ 55, I still can't get more than a Ho Chi Minh beard, and BTW, my wife is from Viet Nam...
