Took an extra 6 weeks than planned,  but ultimately got it done. 

Even as a broker there are many sleazy Account Executives that try to win my business with terms or extra compensation.

Seems a bit high on the exp ratio near 43% but we do pay a premium for our solid cleaning lady, she also stocks supplies, runs errands and other duties for no "extra" charge.

To any experienced investors willing to show me the ropes a little more in detail be more then happy to message me, I live in the Southern California area to be a little more precise.

Where do you find details on prices, demand, cash flow etc? 

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.
