How far away from the property will you be?

I work with investors who are looking for LTR's with turn-key properties.

Talk to property managers and see if they would manage the other units.

What may the property be worth then and how much cashflow might it be generating?

This last year I've been trying to really learn the business and begin to market for properties.

One of our Co-founders is an excel wizard.

if so you will need multiple properties - don't believe all you hear about the cash flow in Detroit. 

Does anyone own rental properties in Detroit?

We have couple turnkeys, and couple of BRRRs that we did so far (all are single family residential properties with long-term tenants).We are interested in exploring commercial real estate, and wanted to get all of your help in getting started. 

I think having a balanced budget would be ideal where you allocate money into buying another property and money set aside for renovations.
