When you do any transaction as a realtor, you have to disclose that you hold an active real estate license and you are obligated to be honest and act ethically with all parties in the transaction, whether you represent them or not.

So, you will excuse me but I don't think you're not in a position to give any ethics lessons to me or anyone else for that matter.

And, as pointed out, disability is insurance through the social security system, it's not a giveaway that politicians like to claim to fire up that workingman ethic pitting people against each other for political gains.If I owned an ice cream store I'd certainly sell to anyone having the money, same with RE, if they qualify, they get it. :)

It's Real Estate law and written into our ethics to be open and honest.I'm sure everyone can attest that fee's suck but at the end of the day everyone is running a business here and nothing is done for free.

You have to follow the realtor code of ethics but frankly I think anyone trying to do good business should have these standards.
