And, as pointed out, disability is insurance through the social security system, it's not a giveaway that politicians like to claim to fire up that workingman ethic pitting people against each other for political gains.If I owned an ice cream store I'd certainly sell to anyone having the money, same with RE, if they qualify, they get it. :)

It's Real Estate law and written into our ethics to be open and honest.I'm sure everyone can attest that fee's suck but at the end of the day everyone is running a business here and nothing is done for free.

You have to follow the realtor code of ethics but frankly I think anyone trying to do good business should have these standards.
