Young and enthusiastic?

Inexperienced but enthusiastic would-be investors decide this is 'the time' to spring into action.

I'm an enthusiast in REI and need some guidance.

Ours was a house in the White Mountains of New Hampshire that appealed mainly to families and outdoors enthusiasts, so we were somewhere in between.I think the approach is similar to a flip in that you decide where to spend the dough and where to save.

And, is that a conservative # or enthusiastic?

I'm new to BiggerPockets and find the site vast with tremendous interconnectivity for RE enthusiasts - from new to highly experienced.

This includes helping kids that are innocent of the situations they're in (Seattle Children's Hospital and Saint Jude are two of my favorite charities to donate to)  and families of our Military and Police services who have lost or suffered the severe injury of their loved ones.I am an automotive and autosport enthusiast and would love to work with organizations such as Make a Wish foundation to make any kids with a passion for cars or motorsports dreams come true!  

@Peter Sanchez I am a value investing enthusiast and 100% agree that stock market principals apply equally well here.On the other point, I think its important to point out that real estate really is not as indexable as other investments because of the vast differences even block by block, the inefficiency of the market, the fact that many buyers are not actual investors but utility seekers and that you control the asset in RE vs. stock market investing which means you can actually add value.

If they're anything like me, they will be enthusiastic about the challenge and solving the problem for ya.
